1. Introduction

Digiket Solutions ("Digiket", "we", "our", or "us") operates as a full-stack digital marketing, branding, and creative solutions agency providing strategic marketing, content creation, social media management, and business growth services to clients across industries.

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into a business agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

We provide (but are not limited to) the following services:

• Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Brand Strategy & Creative Campaign Development

• Digital Advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

• Website Development & UI/UX Design

• Photography, Videography & Post-Production

• Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Reputation Management & Google My Business (GMB) Growth

• Event Marketing & Live Coverage

• Consulting for Branding & Business Growth

All engagements are governed by a mutually signed Proposal, Agreement, or Statement of Work (SoW).

3. Engagement Terms

• All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly outlined before work begins.

• Work starts only after a signed agreement and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

• The client is responsible for providing timely access to necessary brand assets, approvals, and communication channels.

• Any delays in client response may result in extended timelines without liability on Digiket Solutions.

4. Intellectual Property

• All creative work, designs, campaigns, and strategies developed during the engagement will belong to the client after full payment is received.

• Digiket Solutions retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless restricted in writing.

• Pre-existing templates, tools, or proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Digiket Solutions.

5. Confidentiality

We uphold strict confidentiality for all client information, strategies, and project data.
Any signed NDA or confidentiality agreement will take precedence over this clause.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the signed agreement or proposal.

• All invoices are payable within the agreed period (generally within 7–10 working days).

• Late payments may result in service suspension or interest charges.

• All payments are to be made in INR (₹) unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions & Additional Work

• Revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Any additional work beyond the agreed deliverables will be charged separately.

• Scope changes may impact the project cost and delivery timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Digiket Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific engagement.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice (minimum 15 days unless otherwise agreed).

• Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled immediately.

• Partial work will be delivered proportionate to the payment received.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
